"This program features three of the great works from the violin and piano duo repertoire," said Aldridge. "Bach has been a staple for both violin and piano. French composer Maurice Ravel was inspired by jazz and blues, which is evident throughout this particular sonata. The second movement is titled "Blues." Prokofiev offers an exciting tour-de-force conclusion to the concert."

Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students. The Webb Recital Hall is located in Holden Fine and Applied Arts Center, 1805 Catlin Ave. For information, call (715) 394-8115 or email
