A Public Hearing will be held by the Douglas County Planning & Zoning Committee at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, in the Government Center Board Room, Second Floor, 1316 North 14th Street, Superior, Wisconsin to hear the following:
a) Amendment to the Douglas County Zoning Ordinance 8.0:
Petition No. 19-03: William & Danielle Egge, Bennett, WI SW1/4-SE1/4, Section 20, T46N- R12W; (7881E County Road L; BE- 004-00596-00), Town of Bennett from the R-2: Residential zoning district to the A-1: Agricultural zoning district, (proposed use: horses), filed April 15, 2019 in the County Clerks Office.
b) Conditional-Use Permit:
Joseph Kolenda, Superior, WI approve a cutting plan (shoreland erosion plan) along the St. Louis River (Shoreland Ordinance 8.4, Section VI, 6.3) Govt Lot 1, Lots 1 & 2 of CSM #146, Vol 1, Pgs 161A-B, Section 1, T48N-R15W; (2786S Riverview Drive; TS-030- 01875-00), Town of Superior.
