Virtual: The Aging and Disability Resource Centers of Northwest Wisconsin will host a free-eight week workshop, "Boost Your Brain and Memory," from 10-11 a.m. every Wednesday through June 23. Participants will learn new habits to maintain and improve brain health while also practicing new skills for better memory performance. Participants need access to the internet and a computer, tablet or smartphone. ADRC will walk participants through the program used each week prior to the workshop.
