The annual Walk to End Alzheimer's will be held Saturday, Sept. 12 along the Osaugie Trail at Barker's Island.
The event will start at 10 a.m. at the trailhead at Belknap Street and Marina Drive, according to a news release. People from across the Northland are encouraged to attend, said Brenda Conley, community engagement manager of the Alzheimer's Association of Minnesota-North Dakota.
The Superior Rotary club will provide distance markers along the trail to help participants remain socially distant.
Donations for the fundraiser can be made at www.alz.org/walk and will also be collected at the event by Superior Rotary members.
