Superior Public Library will host two free financial literacy seminars in February.

“Retirement: Making Your Money Last” is designed for people who are thinking about retiring or have recently retired. It will help participants build a strategy for managing income and expenses during retirement. The program takes place at 3 p.m. Feb. 11.

Balancing your budget is the focus of “Simplify Your Spending and Saving Strategies,” which takes place at 11 a.m. Feb. 22. Participants will learn about setting financial goals; balancing saving, spending and borrowing; and strategies for controlling debt and improving one’s credit score.

The programs will be held at the Superior Public Library, 1530 Tower Ave., and led by financial advisor Robyn Lings from Edward Jones. They are open to the public, and no registration is required. Refreshments will be available.
