Duluth: The Head O’The Lakes Chapter, Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), will hold their Annual Christmas Party beginning with a social hour at 11 a.m. followed by lunch at noon at the Duluth Woman’s Club, 2400 East Superior St. All military officers, whether active duty, retired, or former, in the Twin Ports and surrounding areas are welcome to attend.
