Superior: The Superior Douglas County Family YMCA has partnered with Every Meal to provide free nonperishable, 4- to 5-pound food bags to those in need from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays at the Superior YMCA, 9 N. 21st St. Drive-thru pickup in the lower west parking lot. Nutritious food will be distributed.

Sunday, March 28

Wednesday, March 31

Virtual: The Superior Public Library’s virtual book club for adults will meet at 6 p.m. to discuss “Lady Clementine” by Marie Benedict. Connect with your computer or smartphone, or dial in with your regular telephone. Pick up a copy of the book at the library and visit superiorlibrary.org for instructions to connect to the virtual meeting.

Superior: Superior Public Library’s annual "Foolin’ Around with your Family Tree" genealogy event will be held virtually from 6-9 p.m. Expert speakers will cover topics like how to use DNA for genealogical research and what to expect with next year’s release of data from the 1950 U.S. Census. Superior: The Harbor House Crisis Shelter Spring Fling from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Faith United Methodist Church, 1531 Hughitt Ave., will feature photography by Real Life Ranta, a bake sale and decorated flower pots, seedlings, brats and hotdogs for sale.
