Ashland: Educators in all formal and informal settings are invited to join the Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve and Superior Rivers Watershed Association for the "Investigating Your Superior Rivers" workshop from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Whittlesey Creek National Wildlife Refuge and at Fish Creek. Educators will also connect with Superior Rivers Watershed Association, a local citizen science, nonprofit organization. Successful completion of the workshop and an implementation plan for the coming school year will earn participants a $200 stipend. Free; lunch provided.
