Lake Nebagamon: Make it Homey hosts the Lake Nebagamon Holiday Market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lake Nebagamon Auditorium. The craft fair will feature vendors from throughout the area.

Superior: The Small Business Development Center at UW-Superior will host a free seminar titled “First steps to starting a food product business” from 6-8 p.m. The virtual event will feature chef Arlene Coco, a long-time food business owner and culinary innovation strategist. Coco will help participants understand how to start a business before they start their journeys, including establishing a niche and conducting market research to ensure a competitive advantage; writing a business plan; learning the responsibilities and regulatory requirements of the product they produce; and recordkeeping. Fundraiser

Superior: Humane Society of Douglas County and Campbell’s Lumber will host Santa Paws from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Families can bring their pets to come get a family photo taken with a holiday backdrop. Lady Jane Photography will take the photos for a donation to the Humane Society of Douglas County. Other merchandise will also be available for purchase. Masks are required upon entering the business and hand sanitizer will be available.
