Abby's Ride focuses on stillbirth prevention

The Wisconsin Chapter of the Star Legacy Foundation will hold the 6th Annual Abby's Ride on Saturday in Iron River. Events include a 100-mile motorcycle ride, 30-mile ATV ride, food, raffle prizes and live music by local favorite Gypsy Road.

The Wisconsin Chapter of the Star Legacy Foundation will hold the 6th Annual Abby's Ride on Saturday in Iron River. Events include a 100-mile motorcycle ride, 30-mile ATV ride, food, raffle prizes and live music by local favorite Gypsy Road.

Abby's Ride begins and ends at Battle Axe Saloon in Iron River. Motorcycles take a scenic 100-mile ride with four stops while ATV/UTV's ride 30 miles with two stops. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Tickets for the event are $20 per rider. Register at abbysride.org or pay at the door.

Proceeds will be donated to Star Legacy Foundation, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to pregnancy and infant loss awareness, research, education in addition to family support for those who suffer the loss of their loved and greatly anticipated child.
