Superior: The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Douglas County) free mini-workshop with Align Yoga, 12:30-1:30 p.m. at 1323 Broadway St., Ste 200. No previous experience is necessary and everyone is invited to attend. It will be an hour-long workshop on using functional techniques to help you through your day. This is being held in celebration of Mental Health Month.

Superior: Superior Council for the Arts presents "Superior Arts Sampler," 4:30-7 p.m., Holden Fine Arts Building, University of Wisconsin-Superior. Local artist exhibits, Kruk Art Gallery tours, hands-on art activities, UWS fine arts showcase, food truck, free desserts and beverages.

Solon Springs: Solon Springs Forward musical "fun-raiser" for the Old Village Hall, 6-8 p.m., Old Village Hall, 9240 E. Main St. The Mark Anderson Trio will perform and donations will be taken to keep the hall open.
