The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Center for Customized Research and Services is looking for business owners to participate in a survey on the statewide impact of COVID-19 on business.

Past and new participants are encouraged to respond to questions by May 14 for the second observation period.

Businesses that took part in the initial observation period should go to and new participants should visit

The survey is a partnership of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, the state’s nine regional economic development organizations and UW-Oshkosh CCRS. The goal is to collect data on the level of economic hardship experienced by businesses due to the pandemic.
