Brian Forcier, CCIM, has joined RJS Real Estate Group, LLC, as executive vice president. He will help guide leasing, management and growth of the company's commercial property portfolio.
Forcier has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in this region. He was most recently involved with the management and oversight of 2 million square feet of commercial space. Additionally, he has expertise in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets to fit client investment needs.
Forcier is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, which is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry, and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and finance from the College of St. Scholastica and is active in many community organizations. He is board president of the Damiano Center and serves on the boards of the Greater Downtown Council and Udac.
