RE/MAX 1 in Superior and Duluth announced April Johnson received certification as a trained member of the elite RDCPro Network. The REO Default Certified Professional training is set up for real estate agents to further establish themselves as the leaders in the field of real estate management and sales for distressed properties owned or managed by banks and asset management companies throughout the United States. The education is mandated by many banks and asset management companies to handle many of the distressed properties in the United States. The training includes how to manage and market distressed properties, and utilizing industry standard evaluation reports.

The RDCPro designation is also recognized by The Open Door Institute, which is a trade organization for real estate professionals.

Other announcements by RE/MAX 1 of Superior include naming Maria Letsos the top selling agent and Jill Elmore-Schultz the top listing agent of the month for February in the Superior area real estate market. Tom and Dana "Action" Acton and Steve Braman were named top selling agents and Jim Staelens was named top RE/MAX 1 listing agent for January.

RE/MAX 1 of Superior also announced Colette Ogren has joined its team of professional Realtors. Colette has been licensed in Wisconsin since 2007, and represents residential, rural and relocation properties as well as the needs of prospective buyers.
