AtWater Group LLC promoted Brian Forcier as its president.
Forcier has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate industry and has been serving as the AtWater Group executive vice president since January 2011.
In his new role, Forcier will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the AtWater Group, as well as Building Logic, a company offering complete management and maintenance programs for commercial and residential property. The businesses share a location in downtown Duluth, 425 W. Superior St.
The AtWater Group is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors and has oversight for approximately 750,000 square feet of commercial property in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Arizona and Florida.
Forcier received his bachelor's degree in management and finance from the College of St. Scholastica. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association International.

Forcier is past president of the Damianio Center board of directors and serves on the boards of directors for Udac, the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Downtown Council of Duluth.
