Partners in Excellence measures agency performance in the areas of profitability, agency growth and agency objectives and sales strategy. While more than 1,000 independent agencies participated in the program, only 146 qualified for Partners in Excellence Status. The agencies are located throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Indiana.
