Matt Barningham has joined JJ Astor Restaurant, Lounge and View, and Bowery Bros. Pub as general manager. He will oversee day-to-day operations of both restaurants.
Previously, Barningham worked as a restaurant manager for three Brinker International restaurants in Orlando, Fla., and as general manager of Deep Water Grille in Ashland.
The Radisson Hotel is located at 505 W. Superior Street and features Duluth's only revolving roof top restaurant with a 360-degree view.
