A 51-year-old man from Ladysmith, Wis., was sentenced to federal prison for possessing child pornography, according Jeffrey M. Anderson, acting U.S. attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin. This prison term is to be followed by a lifetime-period of supervised release. Krauter pleaded guilty to the charge on Jan. 18.
