The Superior Fire Department works on a fire at Cooper Elementary School in Superior in April. The council adopted its budget without taking action on a proposal to add three firefighters to the department. The City Council will discuss the proposal Nov. 7.

For three days this week, firefighters conducted live burn training at the house, which was donated by National Bank of Commerce.
