Tiger girls fall to Blackhawks

The Bloomer Blackhawks remained undefeated with a 51-28 win over the Northwestern High School girls basketball team Thursday night in Maple.

Bloomer (6-0 overall, 4-0 Heart O’ North Conference), was led by Chandler Zweifelhofer’s 16 points.

Sam Hoegen led the Tigers (4-2, 3-1) with nine points, which included 5-of-8 from the free-throw line in the second half. Katie Lundeen was next with eight points.

Northwestern plays at Ellsworth at 2:45 p.m. Saturday.
