Duluth’s newest waterfront hotel, will welcome its first guests today for Grandma’s. Developer Sandy Hoff said it marks a soft opening, but only a few rooms remain, and he expects to be fully booked for the event. A full opening is slated by the end of the month.  Participants bump and roll along the field while playing soccer in KnockerBalls June 6 in Superior’s Central Park. The event, put on by KnockerBall Twin Ports, attracted attention from passers-by, neighbors and even a pair of Superior Police officers.
