The following offenders have active arrest warrants:
Kenneth Fridolf Edberg, 53, is wanted for failing to provide an annual update to his sex offender registry. He was convicted of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct in 1998 in Minnesota, according to the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections sex offender registry. While probation was completed in 2008, Edberg is required to remain on the registry until 2023. The last reported address for Edberg was 37 50th Ave. E. in Superior. He is listed as noncompliant and his current county of residence is unknown, according to the criminal complaint filed with the Douglas County Clerk of Courts office in August. Edberg was arrested today by the Superior Police Department after a tip was received
Andre Milton Wright, 47, is accused of two counts of delivery of crack cocaine and two counts of delivery of heroin. The charges stemmed from two different drug buys in May. A confidential reliable informant working in conjunction with the Superior Police Department purchased $500 worth of the two drugs - $250 of each - during the first buy, according to the criminal complaint. During the second buy, the informant purchased an additional $600 worth of drugs, according to the complaint filed in January. The arrest warrant was issued the same day.
