LETTER: Many workers keep public safe
To the Telegram: I would like to thank the crews of the Douglas County Highway Department who were out during the rainstorm of June 19 and 20. These dedicated workers and their supervisors worked as much as 20 hours plus, in the worst of conditions, to keep our roads passable and safe so we could get to our destinations.
