Shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday the Nemadji River in Superior flowed over Woodlawn Drive, forcing its closure. Traffic is down to one lane in each direction over the Nemadji on U.S. Highway 2/53. Expect delays. The DTA Route 16 is only running to 31st Avenue East until traffic eases.
