The Spartans (13-1) began the weekend with two wins Friday night at the Hibbing Tournament. After playing at 4 and 6 p.m. on the Iron Range, Superior was in action again at 10 a.m. Saturday in Ashland, where it defeated the Oredockers 11-2 and 13-0 in five innings.
