Superior Police Chief Charles LaGesse said Shah-Quran Aziz was arrested about 6 p.m. Thursday in the lobby of the Clifford Lund Apartments on Tower Avenue. He had been missing from a halfway house in St. Paul since Tuesday.

They stopped along Tower Avenue to sample both Phantom Galleries Superior, which turns empty storefronts into art displays, and Back Door Project murals brightening the alley access to a number of businesses.
