After a long courageous battle with cancer, Toni passed away on Feb. 11, 2013 at her home with family by her side.
Toni was born in Superior on July 30, 1935 to Bernard (Casey) and Regina (Gina) Eastman.
She attended St. Louis Grade School and Central High School.
Toni lived in Cheektowaga, N.Y. most of her life. She worked for Buffalo State University, was a member and past president of the U-Crest Ladies Auxiliary Volunteer Fire Department, and loved going to the casino and NASCAR racing.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Bernadine (Goo-Goo) Polaski and Peggy Johnson; and by her first husband Norman (Flopsy) Janusiewicz.
Toni is survived by her children, Normie Jr., Linda (Brian) Hartman and Roberta (Martin) Firebaugh; husband, Phillip D'Arcangelo; granddaughter Jennifer Janusiewicz-Hartman; step-children, Linda and James D'Arcangelo; step-grandchildren, Jennifer Firebaugh and Christina (Michael) Jones; step-great grandson Noah Firebaugh; sisters, Betty Moe and Mary Jo (Ken - Putta) Olson; brothers Bernie and Willie Eastman and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 30 at 1:00 p.m. at the Calvary Cemetery.
There will be a gathering of remembrance after the service at 520 Cumming Avenue.
