Robert “Bob” Prussell, 88, of Lake Nebagamon passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.

Robert “Bob” Prussell, 88, of Lake Nebagamon, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.

Bob was born May 10, 1924 to John and Blanche Prussell.

He married Ruth in 1946 and they enjoyed 66 years together.

He served honorably in the United States Navy. Bob loved to hunt, fish, trap, and target practice. He was a member of the Hawthorne Gun Club for many years and also the NRA.

Among those who survive and gratefully shared his life are his wife Ruth of Lake Nebagamon; two daughters Betty Prussell of Highland and Janet Rolnik (Roger Olson) of Gordon; one son Jack (Pam) Prussell of Indianapolis, Ind.; two grandchildren Sarah and Clinton Rolnik.

He is preceded in death by one granddaughter Chelli Jensen November 1997.

Military graveside services were held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the Highland Cemetery in Highland.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Solon Springs. Online condolences maybe shared at www.brownfuneralhome.net.
