Linda A. Pearson, 64, of Superior, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 22, 1949 in Valley City, N.D., daughter of Henry and Delores (Miller) Huber.

Linda was a 1968 graduate of Fargo South High School.

On May 8, 1976 at the Catholic Church of the Nativity, Fargo, N.D., Linda Huber and Richard Pearson were united in marriage.

Her work history started as a keypunch operator for Grain Terminal in St. Paul for 10 years, Honeywell for four years, health care for six years, and retired from Essentia Health-St. Mary's Superior after 11 years of service.

Linda was a member of Holy Assumption Catholic Church.

Some of her interests included collecting angel figurines, going out for lunch with the girls, and watching Wheel of Fortune and Dr. Phil. Everyone who knew Linda knew that she was a very organized lady and paid great attention to detail.

Preceding her in death was her mother, Delores Huber, and her brother-in-law, Phillip Glaim.

Survivors include her husband, Richard "Rick" Pearson; sons, Scott (Amy) Pearson, Hinesville, Ga. and Kevin Pearson, Superior; grandson, Cole Pearson; father, Henry (Trudy Stacken) Huber, New Richmond, Wis,; sisters, Beverly Glaim, Ham Lake, Minn., Carol (Mark) Pearson, LeClaire, Iowa, and Karen (Elmer) Fitzsimon, Des Moines, Iowa; brother, Larry (Bonnie) Huber, Rosemont, Minn.; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial, Friday, Feb. 1 at Holy Assumption Catholic Church, 5601 Tower Avenue, Superior. Rev. Father Ronald Olson will be the celebrant.

The committal prayers will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Superior, at a later date.

Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Rich and family, we are so sorry to hear about the loss of your wife Linda. It's too bad that we lost touch over the years and that I never got to know Linda very well but my Mom speaks about what a pleasant and kind person she was. Linda will be in our thoughts and prayers. The Blume Family
