Clarence “Clary” Tollers, 84 of South Range, Wis. passed away peacefully on Jan. 17, 2013, at Essentia Health in Duluth with family by his side.
Clarence “Clary” Tollers, 84 of South Range, Wis. passed away peacefully on Jan. 17, 2013, at Essentia Health in Duluth with family by his side.
Clary was born Oct. 6, 1928, to Rudolph “Pops” and Cecilia Tollers.
He served in the Navy. He later retired from Burlington Northern Railroad. Clary loved fishing with his grandsons. He was an avid bowler, Green Bay Packer fan. Clary also loved to feed and watch his birds and enjoyed the many deer in his son’s back yard.
Clary married his present wife Shirley Oct. 3, 1987.
You couldn’t enter or leave a room without a big hug from Clary.
He will be sadly missed and the family is forever grateful to have had him in their lives.
The family would like to thank the hospice at Essentia Health. In lieu of flowers, donations to the church preferred.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and sisters, his first wife Mary and infant son Michael.
Clary is survived by his wife Shirley, son David (Mary) Tollers, daughter Cecilia Tollers, Kathy Schulties, Nancy (Steve) Robarge, Jerry (Marilyn) Gingras, Jeff Gingras, 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Feb. 2 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service at Country Peace Church, 4694 S. Cty TK A, South Range, WI.
