Lawrence D. Larson

Lawrence D. Larson, 81, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at Villa Marina Health & Rehabilitation Center, Superior.

He was born Aug. 3, 1931 in Superior to Morris and Kitty Larson. A lifelong Superior resident, he worked in the trucking and logging industries.

He was married to Joan Miller on Oct. 6, 1956.

In addition to ex-wife Joan, he is survived by sisters Donna Dzikonski of Superior, Rita (James) Johnson of Barnes Wis.; one brother Duane of Lake Havasu Ariz.; daughters Terri (William) Gedde, Sandra (Gale) Rauchey and a son Randy all of Superior and a son Thomas (Linda) of Eau Claire Wis. and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held in Bennett Cemetery at a future date.

Arrangements are being handled by Downs Funeral Home.
