Edith E. Jossund, 78, Superior, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. She was born on June 29, 1934, in Maple, Wis. to Otto and Tynne (Nykanen) Savela.
Edith E. Jossund, 78, Superior, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth. She was born on June 29, 1934, in Maple, Wis. to Otto and Tynne (Nykanen) Savela.
She is survived by three sons, Kenneth (Peggy) Jossund, Superior, Edward Jossund, South Range and Daniel (Dana) Jossund, Denver, Colo.; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until the 11 a.m. memorial service Thursday, Jan. 17, at Twin Ports Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Wagenschutz, officiating.
Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
