Webb Gustafson, adventurer, commercial fisherman, comedian, public transit enthusiast and lover of life, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Dec. 30, 2012.

Webb Gustafson, adventurer, commercial fisherman, comedian, public transit enthusiast and lover of life, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Dec. 30, 2012.

Born in Kodiak, Ala. on June 2, 1989, Webb grew up in Berkeley, Calif. and spent several summers in Superior with his family. Throughout his life, Webb shared his passions for foreign language, cheeses, pipes and the world of music with everyone he encountered.

Webb is survived by his mom, Aline Petersen Gustafson, Berkeley, Calif.; his dad, Jarl (Kathleen) Gustafson, Homer, Ala.; brother Rudy Gustafson, Berkeley; grandparents, Sally Bair, Washburn, Wis. and Carl Gustafson of South Range; aunts and uncles Suzanne (John) Malmquist, Berkeley, Calif., Cherrie (Dean) Moore, Superior, Donovan (Terry) Gustafson, South Range, and cousins, Jens, Justin, Jenna, Alexander, Mikhael, Kayde, Andy, Tony, Michelle, Donny, Casey and Chris.
