Raymond T. Zimski

Raymond T. Zimski, 97, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at Renaissance Village in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Born in Superior, Raymond worked with Zollner Corporation for 30 years. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. He was avid fisherman, gardener, wood worker. He will be greatly missed.

Surviving are his daughter, Claudia Rae Ludwig of Fort Wayne, Ind.; grandchild, Carrie (John) Nussbaum of Fort Wayne, Ind., grandchild, Shelly Hernandez of Fort Wayne, Ind.; three great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Ray Hernandez, Samuel Nussbaum, and Josephine Rae Nussbaum.

Raymond was preceded in death by wife, Josephine Zimski, parents, John Zimski and Mary Zimski, five brothers and two sisters.

Calling will be one hour prior to the 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian burial, Friday, Nov. 9 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Drive, with Fr. Thomas Shoemaker officiating Burial in Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Catholic Church.
