Jennie Holtz, 98, lifelong Oliver resident, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012 at St. Francis in the Park, Superior.
Jennie Holtz, 98, lifelong Oliver resident, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2012 at St. Francis in the Park, Superior.
She was born on Dec. 26, 1913 in Oliver to Frank and Frances (Vessel) Sajac, Sr.
She was employed as a cook for Chun King for many years.
Jennie is survived by her daughter, Susan Brownlee and son, Jim Holtz.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Willard in 1979 and her parents.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 24 at Holy Assumption Catholic Church and continue until the 10:30 a.m. Memorial Mass with Rev. Ronald Olson as celebrant.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
The Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jennie was a resident when I worked at Royalton Manor. She was the most pleasant and kind woman in the world. Everyone loved her. Always smiling and a gentle word to say.Superior, WI 09/23/2012 5:03 PM
