Brett Quentin Ellingson, 46, died unexpectedly at his home in Wausau, Wis. on Sept. 6, 2012.
He was born Aug. 3, 1966, in Burlington, son of Virginia (Meredith) Ellingson and the late James Ellingson.
Brett graduated from Northwestern High School in Maple, Wisconsin in 1985.
Survivors include his mother, Virginia, Plover; sister, Lara (Mike) Page; nieces Alyssa and Kristin of Amherst; aunts, uncles, cousins and a special friend, Karen.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Epilepsy Foundation of Central Wisconsin or NAMI.
