Laurence Charles Chada, 81, beloved dad, grandpa and teacher, passed away Sept. 5, 2012 surrounded by his children.
Preceded in death by wife of 50 years Carolyn.
Survived by children Carl Chada, Susan Chada-Hursman (Arlen), Nancy Chada (Phil Freeman) and Cathy "Cat" Chada; grandchildren Cory, Faith and Graham; sister Faith Wyckoff; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
He taught science in ISD622 for 35 years. He was a Korean War Air Force veteran.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 4-7 p.m. at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul, MN and half an hour before the memorial service Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church (Door7W), 2499 Helen Street, North St. Paul, MN. Memorials preferred to 622 Education Foundation.

My sympathy to the Chada family. I have many fond memories spent playing cards, making lefse, working the WI party at the Elks in Lk. Havasu together with Larry & Caroline. We also had a connection at Lake Nebagamon as I spend some time every summer there at our place on Cleveland Road. May God bless you all.
