66, of Rice Lake, Wis., died Thursday July 5, 2012, at Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake due to a lengthy illness. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Monday July 9 and one hour prior to the funeral service Tuesday July 10 at 11 a.m. at Appleyard's Home for Funerals, Rice Lake.
