Alice L. Wincek, 95, passed away on Wednesday, June 6.
Alice L. Wincek, 95, passed away on Wednesday, June 6.
She was born to William and Patricia Khalar. During the war years she worked at Danly Machine Specialties in Chicago and cooked at Valley Farm in the town of Highland. She served on the Highland election board for 30 years.
Alice was preceded in death by her first husband, Louis Kelsey and her second husband, Joseph Wincek; her parents, 12 brothers and sisters, a stepson Orville Wincek and her son Stephen Kelsey.
She is survived by her daughters-in-law, Donna Kelsey and Trudy Wincek; her grandchildren, Mark and Marge Kelsey, Grant and Holly Henry, Bob and Irina Wincek; great grandchildren Stone and Tanner Kelsey and Edwin and Bobby Wincek; a brother, Lawrence and a sister, Marty and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Pineview Funeral Service at 9343 North County Road K, Hayward, Wis. Friday, June 8 from 4-6 p.m. A private family burial will follow at a later date.
Honorary pall bearers are Mark Kelsey, Grant Henry, Bob Wincek, Stone Kelsey, Tanner Kelsey, Edwin Wincek and Bobby Wincek.
