Baby Sophia Grace Ormsby passed away on April 13, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
Baby Sophia Grace Ormsby passed away on April 13, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin Ormsby and Arica Sharlow, Duluth; brothers, Ian Duhaime, Aiden and Jason Diaz; sister, Kayla Diaz; maternal grandmother, Marlene Diver, Duluth; paternal grandparents, Therese Brannan, Duluth, Minn. and Terrance Ormsby, Spooner, Wis.; and many cousins and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 25, at First United Methodist Church, 230 E. Skyline Parkway, Duluth and continue until the 11 a.m. memorial service with Rev. Dr. David Bard officiating.
The Downs-LeSage Funeral Home, 1304 Hammond Avenue, Superior, is assisting the family with arrangements.
