Henry L. "Hank" Wolf, 95, Superior, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at Villa-Marina Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on May 24, 1916, in Glidden, Wis. to Charles and Emily (Ashenbrenner) Wolf.

Henry L. "Hank" Wolf, 95, Superior, died Monday, May 21, 2012, at Villa-Marina Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on May 24, 1916, in Glidden, Wis. to Charles and Emily (Ashenbrenner) Wolf.

He was a longtime Rockford, Ill. area resident before moving to Superior in 1966.

Hank was employed as a carpenter for Allouez Lumber for many years retiring in 1978.

He was a member the Eagles Club Aerie 80 and a life member of the Carpenters Local 361. He loved ice fishing and cooking and enjoyed playing cribbage. He was employed as a cook in the CCC Camps during World War II and was a cook on the Great Lakes.

Hank is survived by one daughter, Mary (Dan) Dhooge, Lake Gogebic, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren including one special great-grandson, Christopher Young; one brother, Ray (Doris) Wolf, Big Bend, Wis.; one sister, Gerry Kapala, Roscoe, Ill. and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Louise in 1967; a son, Gerald Wolf in 2008; a daughter, Carol Daviduski in 2011; his parents, five brothers, Carl, Bill, Johnny, Donald and Louie and two sisters, Marie and Catherine.

Per Henry's request, there will be no public services.

I REMEMBER HANK AND MY DAD CLOVIS, WORKING TOGETHER BUILDING HOMES IN SUPERIOR BACK IN THE 70'S. HANK WAS A HARD WORKER. PAUL LAGAE

Lisa and Lynn, I'm so sorry to hear we lost Grandpa "FOX". I have so many fantastic memories of him and all those days and nights at the cabin. I miss those days!!!!!! Love ya's Katy
