Betty Belanger, 76, of Superior passed away on Thursday April 26, 2012 in her home.

Betty Belanger, 76, of Superior passed away on Thursday April 26, 2012 in her home.

Betty retired from the Walmart fabric department, where she was a department manager for seven years. She enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. Betty definitely enjoyed both grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved golfing with her husband Ray, sunshine, a good book, and her plants in the yard.

She will be sadly missed by all her knew her.

Betty was preceded in death by her premature infant twins, parents Oscar and Angeline Bloom, brother in-law Bob Seward, and sister in-law Bonnie Bloom.

She is survived by her husband Raymond; children Nancy (Mike) Ward, Richard (Robyn), Donald and Susan (Steven) Leino; grandchildren Mark, Blake, Heidi, Samantha, Cory, Christopher, Sara, Brett, Nichole and several great-grandchildren; two brothers Miland (Kathy) and Marvin; sisters Delores (Dale) Hemmey, and Darlene Seward.

Memorial services will be held at Bayside Baptist Church in Billings Park on New York Avenue Wednesday, May 2, at 11 a.m.
