Frederick W. Schiller, 65, of Superior, died peacefully on Monday, March 12.
Frederick W. Schiller, 65, of Superior, died peacefully on Monday, March 12 at Solvay Hospice House in Duluth.
He was a great lover of learning and music. He was a boilermaker at Fraser Shipyards and did maintenance at the DECC.
He is survived by his daughters Mary (Joe) Jereczek of Seattle, Wash., and Nicole (Josh) Horeck of Winona, Minn. and grandchildren Jacob, Aidan, Natalie, Max and Ian. He will be missed by many family and friends.
As he requested no services will be held. He has donated his body for others to learn from. A celebration of his life is being planned for late August. Any memorials can be made to the Solvay Hospice House, Duluth, in memory of Fredd. Arrangements by ThompsonHegstrom Funeral Home.
