Justin R. Nicoletti, 28, formerly of Herbster passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2012 at West Allis Memorial Hospital.

Justin R. Nicoletti, 28, formerly of Herbster passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2012 at West Allis Memorial Hospital.

He was born April 5, 1983 in Ashland, the son of Dominic and Rebecka (Fetters) Nicoletti.

Justin graduated from South Shore High School in 2001. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. He continued his schooling and achieved his master's degree in Art Media. Justin worked for Job Service in Superior for three years. He most recently worked as an editor for the Sportsman Channel in New Berlin.

Justin was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to watch movies and was in the process of working on his own movie script. Justin was a very accomplished, hard working and kind man who's positive attitude was a wonderful example to all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Becky (Tony Crawford) Nicoletti of Herbster; brothers, Josh (Brianne Hyde) Nicoletti of Port Wing, Tim (Melissa) Nicoletti of Herbster and Pete (Renae) Nicoletti of Iron River; a sister, Diane (Gary) Kavajecz of Port Wing; girlfriend, Mara Wilcox of New Berlin; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Dominic in 2001.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral service at noon, Saturday, Feb. 11 at Bratley Funeral Home in Washburn with Rev. John Nedden-Durst officiating. A reception will follow the services at the Herbster Community Center.

Inurnment will take place in the Herbster Community Cemetery in the spring.

My heart goes out to Justin's family. I am so glad to have had the chance to work with hin at the Superior Job Center and reunit him with his family. He just started his new life and was so happy. He will surely be missed by us all. Linda (Pearson) Soyring

I remember Justin when I was teaching at South School School District. He participated in the Stock Market Game. He was a hard worker. He also asked a lot of good questions about different stocks. Paul Lagae

I am so sorry to hear of Justin's passing..I worked with Justin at the Job center in Superior and have many fond memories of Justin..He was one if the nicest young men that I have met...My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. Crystal (Ghyselinck) Johnson
