Carole Elaine Moran

Carole Elaine Moran of Superior passed away on Jan. 1, 2012.

Carole Elaine Moran of Superior passed away on Jan. 1, 2012.

She was born in Shakopee, Minn., to the late Allan Waite and Margaret Soderberg.

Carole is survived by her son Kevin Moran (Marie) of Fairfax, Va. and her brother Allan Waite of Kansas City, Mo. She dearly loved her grandchildren Meghan, Claire and Conor. She also loved her faithful four-legged companion “Luke.” Carole will also be missed by countless members of the Postl Family, and many other friends. Nearly a lifelong resident of Northern Wisconsin, she was a bookkeeper for Superior Vocation Center, which provided work and assistance for disabled citizens.

A celebration of Carole’s life will be held in Superior on a date to be determined in the spring of 2012. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carole’s memory to an animal rescue foundation of your choice.

My Mom wanted me to thank all of her dear family and friends from Superior and tell you all that she loves you, even though it was often hard for her to express herself. Even though she lived with me and my family in Fairfax, Virginia for the last few years she never forgot about all of her friends in Superior and missed you all terribly. We will bring her home to be interred during the week of April 1st and will have a celebration of her life during that time. Thank you all for remembering her. Kevin Moran
