Flood damage

Mark Poirier, project development consultant for the Armory Arts and Music Center, which owns the Armory, stands in the basement of the building after the June floods. Water from Chester Creek, which runs underneath the Armory, caused the top of a culvert to blow inside the Armory, allowing debris and sewage to get into the building.
