Jeremy Oaks of Superior scrapes biological material off a monument in Soldier’s Circle at Greenwood Cemetery. After completing a similar project at St. Francis Cemetery to earn his Eagle Scout Award, the Superior teen decided to find another project to do to use up the leftover biocide.
