A worker cuts open a concrete conduit that surrounds the steam and condensate pipes for the University of Wisconsin-Superior campus Tuesday near the heating plant on Poplar Avenue. Conduits like this will be uncovered throughout campus over the next few weeks so crews can reinsulate the pipes.
