New features including a moon bridge and stepping stones await visitors to the Friendship Garden in Billings Park. The Superior Rotary Club, which funded these additions, will hold a garden dedication ceremony and picnic Wednesday 5-7 p.m. as part of its centennial anniversary celebrations.
