Betty Finstad of Lighthouse of Superior adds the reflection of the trees above to the waterline of a mountain scene she’s working on. The Superior woman, inspired by the mountains of Mesa, Ariz., picked up a paint brush and palette knife for the first time six years ago. She was the fan favorite for the painting to the right in the Assisted Living Federation of America’s national art competition.
